The staff was kind. The lounge and the lychee Icetea were great. The room was big. The location was perfect. It was near to a Shopping mall were we went for dinner.

The location is good. It sits next to a large mall, Koca, you can easily walk to the mall and enjoy the food court, shops, and more. The value of the hotel is good.

Old Hotel but beautifully kept, reception welcoming, concierge, restaurant all staff is very professional and helpful. Although restaurant has less choice of food, we liked it. Bed linen, towels fresh. Very near to Kota Kasablanka mall, they have lots of choice for food. We live in Bandung, my wife and I decided to spend weekend in Jakarta, we chose Wyndham and it was definitely a good surprise. We will definitely return.

What a beautiful hotel with good connections to the train station and a cheap taxi ride into some of the tourist hotspots. The room was incredibly spacious, comfortable bed, nice seating area and good bathroom. The club lounge on the 16 floor was amazing, staff were extremely friendly, polite, professional and helpful. This also goes for all other members of staff including the restaurant down stairs. The food that was served was delicious and catered for my dietary requirements. The pool area plus other public spaces with pleasant and very clean. Happy I chose the Wyndham and will be coming back again! Thank you!

I liaised with the hotel through chat to add on a roll-in bed for one more pax and they took note of that when we wanted to check in. Check in and out was fuss free. They got the room set up as soon as possible for three pax. The toilet was spacious with a bathtub and toiletries all in pace. Bed was comfy. We ordered room service for breakfast and dinner, it was delicious. We chose this hotel because it was near Kasablanka Hall where the concert we were attending was held. It was about 7 to 10 minutes walk so it was convenient. It was fine to walk at night with company.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would book again with confidence when I visit Jakarta. The breakfast was great and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing and it was very close to a shopping mall with many options for food.

Everything. The staff took good care of me and accommodated me for a smoking room despite initially running put of rooms upgraded me to a suite (non smoking) for the first night and moved my belongings to requested smoking room the next day. The room was excellent. Location was great close to Kota Kasablanka shopping mall (walking distance) Breakfast was great with a lot of choice.

The facilities were more than good, just that certain things fell a little short. In the room we found cockroaches. And bathroom sink got clogged. So maybe need to do some updates. However the staff, especially front desk Jonathan, was exceptional. He arranged for the check in for all 15 of us, and even gave us all a late check out. He also arranged for our mum's birthday deco in her room. It really made her day. Thank you so much Jonathan. It really made the whole trip more than amazing.

We had a business Executive Room The room and bathroom were very large and very clean The Pool was lovely and relaxing On the days we were at the hotel the restaurant for breakfast was very busy and chaotic, the lovely lady hosting was very apologetic We decided to come back later and offered us takeaway coffees On our return still busy but managed to get a table The food selection was enormous but as it was so busy some food items were not available but saying that if you asked the waiters they were able to assist with your request.

chose this venue because i had a concert to attend at Kasablanca Hall, just 4 minutes walk away from the hotel and it was very convenient! love that the toilet has a working bidet. room had a great view and was really clean. the staff who helped me check in and out was very nice and everything went smoothly thanks to him. i was able to check in early and i was also allowed to leave my luggage after checking out so i could walk around the mall next door without my bulky luggage and im thankful for that.
